where are you based?
we work remotely and take clients internationally. everything runs over email, a shared channel, and calls when they're useful, the same way most engineering teams already work.
there's no office to visit, and for the kind of work we do that isn't a gap. building software, running infrastructure, testing security, and managing ad accounts all happen on machines and in accounts that are already in your name. where the person typing sits doesn't change the result.
how the day-to-day works
most of the conversation is written: email for anything with a decision in it, a shared channel for the quick stuff, and a call when something is easier to explain out loud. written beats spoken for us because it leaves a record, and the record is yours. we work across time zones, and a human replies within one business day, monday to friday, wherever you are.
we work in english and portuguese, including documentation and anything your own customers will read. this site has a brazilian portuguese edition for the same reason.
the legal side
the company behind rebootworks is DM LABS LLC, a united states company registered in sheridan, wyoming. that's a registered office, not a place anyone works from, and it's the name that goes on the contract and the invoice.
