services

everything technical, under one contract

three practices and a long tail of things that don't fit neatly into any of them. you can hire us for one, or hand us the lot.

ongoing support from a technical team
retainer

or keep us on for all of it

a flat monthly rate for a team that already knows your setup and picks up when something breaks.

  • an agreed block of hours each month, rolled over once
  • a shared channel instead of a ticket portal
  • priorities you set, re-cut whenever you want
  • anything from a copy tweak to a new internal tool
  • month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice
rebootworks --misc

and the things that fit nowhere

plenty of what we do doesn't have a service page. it's still the work.

rescue & adoption

a site or app whose original builder is gone. we read it, document it, stabilise it, and take it on.

migrations

hosts, domains, mailboxes, databases, cms platforms. moved without the weekend of downtime.

spreadsheet → software

the file everyone edits and nobody trusts, turned into a real tool with logins, history, and validation.

vendor & tooling advice

which platform, which host, which subscription to cancel. an hour of straight answers from someone who isn't paid by any of them.

due diligence

buying or investing in a company with software in it? we review the code, the infra, and the risk before you sign.

documentation & handover

writing down how your systems work so the next person, or the next agency, isn't starting from zero.

man services

about working together

Q:can we start with one service and add others later?
yes, and most clients do. a build usually comes first, security follows before launch, and marketing starts once there's something worth sending traffic to. nothing is bundled. you add a practice when you need it.
Q:do you work with our existing developers or agency?
often. we do the parts they don't cover (usually security, infrastructure, or marketing) and stay out of their way on the rest. we'll agree who owns what in writing so nothing lands in the gap between us.
Q:what does a retainer cost?
it depends on the hours and the response time you need. we quote it after one call, and it's a flat monthly number with no per-ticket charges. if you use less than you booked, the balance rolls over one month.
Q:what if we only need a few hours of advice?
that's fine and it's cheap. book a call, bring the problem, and leave with a written recommendation you can act on with or without us. email hello@rebootworks.dev and say what you're stuck on.
