how much ad budget do we need?

enough to buy an honest answer in a few weeks, which depends on what a click costs in your market. we'll give you the number on the call. if it's less than we think works, we'll say so rather than take it. media spend goes straight to google and meta from your own card; our fee is a flat monthly number, never a percentage of what you spend.

we work back from leads, not from spend. a campaign has to produce enough leads in a few weeks for the cost per lead to mean anything, and the budget that gets you there is roughly the cost of a click in your market, times the clicks it takes your landing page to produce one lead, times enough leads to trust the average. a market where a click costs a few cents needs a very different budget from one where five competitors fight over every click.

why we sometimes say no

if the budget can't buy enough clicks to reach a meaningful number of leads, you'll spend the money and learn nothing. we'd rather say that on the call than bill you for a month of noise. in that case the same money usually does more in the slower channel: fixing the site, publishing the pages your buyers search for, getting named in AI answers. we'll say which, and why.

where the money goes

  • media spend goes to google and meta straight from your own card, in accounts that sit in your name.
  • our fee is a flat monthly number, agreed in writing before anything launches.
  • we never take a percentage of spend. a percentage rewards the agency for spending more, which is the opposite of what you're paying for.

bring your current account access and a rough idea of what a new customer is worth to you. that's enough for us to give you a number on the call, and to check whether your existing numbers are real before you raise anything.
