what if we haven't worked in your sector
a good share of our work has been rescue and adoption: taking over something that's already running, in a business we didn't know, and getting it under control. that's trained us to pick up a domain fast, and the questions are usually the same. what does the business do all day, where does the money come in, what breaks, and who notices first. sector experience shortens the first week. it doesn't decide whether the work goes well.
the exception is a company with a strong engineering team in house. you probably don't need us there, beyond a second opinion. for everything else, small or unusual included, describe what you do and what's stuck, and we'll tell you whether we fit.
